Visual art has been a central adventure in our life together. As a couple, we explore art and artistic expression in our uniquely individual ways: Mark with abstract photography and Helen with abstract acrylics. This exploration is motivated by our shared hunger for moments of beauty that can lift the soul, satisfying that need for something beyond the practicalities of everyday life.

Our art odysseys have been to experience the many ways artists capture and create extraordinary, expansive, and uplifting moments. These moments reflect both the beauty of nature and the alchemy of our inner worlds, our hidden and shifting interior worlds. Through the experience of creative processes we seek moments of beauty and joy. That joy lifts the soul, and encourages an open perspective, contentment and deep satisfaction.
